How does shipping and delivery work?

Shipping costs are shared with you before you place an order. If you have a desired delivery date, please share with us. 

We ship commercial or residential. The orders can be packaged in "small bags" or "bulk bags". Small bags are 15-lbs. Bulk bags (large totes) are 600-650 lbs. 

  • Orders under 15 cubic feet will most likely ship UPS Ground, and come in up to 10 large boxes. 
  • Orders over 15 cubic feet will ship LTL (Less-Than-Truckload) or FT (Full-Truckload). 

LTL or FT delivery includes curbside/end of driveway delivery with liftgate service. The driver will lower the pallets from the truck using the liftgate. They will then use a pallet jack to move the pallets onto the end of your driveway or on the nearest curb. It is typical for a carrier not to deliver up a residential driveway, as this could be a liability. 

The freight delivery company will call to schedule a delivery window one day prior to delivery.
